1) I don't want to create an account; how do I go through checkout process?
You can absolutely still book your cabin without creating an account.
After you have chosen your desired dates for your cabin of choice (make sure you click the "Find Availability" button below the date picker to choose your dates) click on the "Schedule Now" button. The dates you chose will appear in bold above this button.
The "Schedule Now" button will take you to the shopping cart, where you can review your order. If you are ready to continue on and pay, please click the "Checkout" button.
You will then be taken to a page with a "sign in" box. Feel free to ignore the email field, then choose the option that says "No, I am a new customer." Then click the button that reads "Sign in".
You will then be taken to the page where you will be required to enter in some personal information, including your name, phone number, and billing address. The email field on this page is required, so please be sure to enter your email.
In the box that contains the header "Your Password" please UNCHECK the box that reads "Create an account".
If you do not wish to get on our mailing list, please uncheck the box that reads "Sign me up for exclusive special offers only available to subscribers".
Once you have filled in all of your information, please click the "Continue" button.
You will then be taken back to the shopping cart, where you will need to click the "Checkout" button again.
You will then be taking to the payment screen. Under the box that reads "Choose a Payment Option" please check the box that says "Enter a new card", and then enter in your credit card information. Do not forget to click the "I’m not a robot" box to authenticate your humanity.
When you are finished, please click the "Place Order" button to complete this process.
After you sign up, you should receive an email with information about your booking.

2) I don't remember my account information, am I still able to pay?
Yes, if you cannot remember your account information, you can still checkout as a guest. Please follow the steps from #1 above to checkout as a guest. If you want to recover your account information, please follow the steps in #3 below.
3) How do I recover my account information?
To recover your account information, please click here to reach the "Forgot Password" page, or copy this URL into your browser: https://www.ripplecreeklodge.com/forgot-password.php
On this page, please enter the email address assoicated with your account. After you click the "Request Login Info" button, your password will be emailed to you shortly. If you do not remember the email associated with your account, feel free to create a new account with us or checkout as a guest.
